Dr. Debra JacksonCenter DirectorDr. Jackson is a licensed chiropractic physician who is dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and “Back2Health” utilizing state of the art equipment, skill and in-depth knowledge gained from years of providing quality chiropractic care.
As a longtime resident of Pensacola, FL, she completed her formal education in her hometown of Chicago, IL, at Chicago State University. She later attended Palmer Chiropractic College in Port Orange, FL where she attained her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. While studying at Palmer, Dr. Jackson traveled to Fiji as a chiropractic intern where she treated hundreds of patients at schools, hospitals, and in various villages throughout the island. This experience changed her perspective of what true health care is all about – serving others!
Dr. Jackson is an educator. She has taught Anatomy and Physiology within the Florida College system and Escambia County school district. She is also a licensed massage therapist and is furthering her education in the field Clinical Functional Medicine. She believes these areas will help to identify and address the root cause of pain and chronic conditions many people are living with today.
Dr. Jackson’s professional memberships include the Florida Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and the American Black Chiropractic Association.
When not helping her patients reach their best health, Dr. Jackson loves staying active and being with her Golden-Doodle, Mr. Beau Jackson. She enjoys being gardening, baking and spending time with her family and friends and watching a good “western” from time to time.
A well-rounded individual, and among her greatest assets is her character, integrity and hard work.
